We don't have anyone technical. Can we even do this?

Yes. That's exactly who we build for. We can host and run the systems for you, so a lack of in-house technical muscle never becomes the thing that stalls you.

Are we locked into a long contract?

No. You choose how long we stay. Most companies start with a single project and decide from there.

We've already bought some AI tools. Is it too late?

No. We often start by making what you already have actually work, and putting some governance around the sprawl, before building anything new.

How quickly will we see something?

We aim for a first working project in weeks, not quarters.

What does it cost?

It depends on the projects, which is the whole point of the session. You'll leave knowing what each one would take before you commit to anything.

What if we just want the shortlist and don't hire you?

Then you keep the shortlist and run with it. It's yours either way.
